Toni was born in Texas and moved to California to attend San Diego State University. After graduating, she worked in Pharmaceutical Sales for 14 years. Toni and her husband Pete relocated to the Santa Barbara area in 2002 and started their family with their daughter, Sammi, in a quaint little duplex on the Riviera.
Soon the family of three outgrew their Pied-a-Terre on the Riviera, and made the move to the nearby beach town of Carpinteria in 2006. The family of three soon became a family of four when their daughter, Cassidy, was born.
Toni and her family embrace the small town “Carp” vibe and enjoy all that the quaint and quirky little beach town have to offer. Toni volunteers with the Parent Group at school and the Carpinteria Arts Center, and Pete volunteers with AYSO Soccer and the Carp-Summerland Fire Board. When they are not working you can find them hiking and biking the local trails or relaxing at the beach with family and friends.
Toni and Pete have purchased six properties and sold four. I guess you could say a passion for Real Estate runs in their blood! Toni recognizes that Real Estate today is very different than Real Estate 10 years ago - and believes flexibility is a key component to success in Real Estate.
Toni is excited to partner with Realign Real Estate. She values integrity, hard work, family, true friends, the power of positivity and the gift of a smile!
