As a Santa Barbara native and second generation Realtor, David has extensive knowledge of the Santa Barbara community. David's career as a full-time Realtor began in 2002, employed by the Santa Barbara brokerage, Pitts & Bachmann Realtors, and then a decade at Sotheby’s International Realty.
David brings a proficiency in consensus building, negotiation, marketing and client relations to his real estate brokerage. As a project manager for J.D. Power Clubs in San Francisco, and at Thinklink.com, a telecommunication provider using VOIP technology, David led customer acquisition campaigns and business-to-consumer marketing programs.
David attended Kellogg Elementary and Dos Pueblos High School, where he served as Student Body President, and graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Political Science/International Relations.
Active in the lives of his children, Katelyn and Lily, David and his wife, Cori, love raising their family in the Santa Barbara community. David has enjoyed coaching and has served as Vice President of the Board of the Page Youth Center in Santa Barbara.
