The Real Estate industry has changed more in the last 5 years than it has in the previous 50. Consumers are more educated as information is readily available, yet the “big brokerages” are slow to adapt to the evolving needs and expectations of today’s buyers and sellers.
Realign Real Estate is founded on delivering sought and cost-effective results while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
We are poised to be nimble and open to change, equipped with the ability to determine the cost of our services based on the needs/expectations of each individual client, and the complexity/price of each transaction. We are able to pass savings on to our clients by utilizing leading-edge technologies, syndication, virtual offices, digital execution, tested relationships, and efficient business modeling.
Realign Real Estate employs agents with local experience and knowledge. Although we are no longer the gatekeepers to the vast amount of information available to the public, we are there to interpret the data and be a trusted advisor before, during and after the sale. We are experts on disclosure, local zoning laws, marketing, promotion, and the practices of buying and selling.
